Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Certain custom or clearance items may not be eligible.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at returns@zipporausa.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Safely pack your item and include your order number.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please let us know when initiating your return.
